BOOKINGS

To book and pay online:  Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the activities and the number of young people participating and answer some basic questions and pay online through PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account. You can process your credit or debit card as a guest.

To book and pay in person:  If you prefer to arrange with our staff just pop into the Youth Centre when we are open and book and pay cash to our staff.

Your spot is not confirmed until payment has been made. 

PERMISSION FORM:

We need all permission forms updated and signed by the parent/guardian.

You can download and complete the permission-form-2017   here.  Please either scan and send back to jess@ellimattayouth.org.au or drop into the Youth Centre or mail it to P.O.Box 151, Kinglake, VIC. 3763 (pop it under the door if no one is there).

We also need a waiver form to complete if attending the Kinglake Forest Adventures. You can download it and hand it in on the day or via the methods listed above.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Once you have booked on you MUST read the additional information form.  It outlines all details such as what to bring, lunch arrangements etc.. for the day.  This will be sent to you once you book on.  It is also available for download once the program is announced.

THE FINE PRINT:

Holiday Programs are for young people aged 10+ – 18years old who live, work, study or play in the Kinglake Ranges and Murrindindi.  Young people are welcome to bring their friends even if they live outside of the Kinglake region.

A permission and booking form must be provided by a parent or guardian.

We offer an inclusive program that supports people with independent mobility and low support needs. Please call to discuss individual requirements.

Pick up and drop off for all excursions are at the Ellimatta Youth Centre, Yea and Alexandra

OUR YOUTH SERVICES ARE CLOSED ON EXTREME AND CODE RED FIRE DANGER DAYS:  We will endeavour to run the activity on an alternate day in the event we need to cancel.  If we do cancel or you can not make it on the alternate date we can refund you or provide you with a credit. The safety of young people, our staff, and their families is the key consideration for this decision.  We thank you for your understanding.

PAYMENTS:

PayPal is the only online payment we have available.  To pay by other methods you must attend the Youth Centre in person.  We cannot accept a booking unless paid for upfront due to high demand.
